Before founding Lumiture, Tommy had a distinguished career at Accenture Federal Services, where he served as Managing Director from 2018 to 2025. In this role, he managed a portfolio exceeding $100 million in annual revenue and led a team of over 900 data and AI practitioners. He spearheaded major nationwide initiatives, including the data platforms for the 2020 U.S. Decennial Census and President Biden’s Loan Forgiveness program, driving critical digital solutions in support of these national priorities. During his Accenture tenure, Tommy also provided strategic guidance to client executives, collaborating with CxOs to develop multi-year digital strategies and ensure successful program delivery.
